「普通形～（よ）う」 ⇒ 意向形
“Normal form- (yo) u” ⇒ Intentional form
⇒ 思いや 計画を いう ときに 使う。
It uses when saying thoughts and plans.

ずっと 頭の 中に 考えが あります。

将来、 自分の 国で 会社を 作ろうと 思って います。
In the future, I’m thinking of creating a company in my own country.
「＜V意向形＞と思っています」 ⇒ ずっと 前から 考えて います。
I think that I will “V intention form”.
It means that the speaker had been thinking for a long time.
