近いので お持ちします。
I will bring it because it is close to here.
「送ります」ではありません。 「お送りします。」です。
It isn’t “Mochimasu”, but “O Mochi shimasu”.
目上の人のために何かをする場合、 その人に敬意を表す。
When you do something for a superior, pay homage to that person.
Ⅰ・Ⅱグループの動詞は「お～します」を使います。
For the verbs in group Ⅰand Ⅱ, use “O + shimasu”.
「お送りします」「お持ちします」「おかけします」
“I will send it(O okuri shimasu)”, “I will bring it(O moti shimasu)”, “I will call you(O kake shimasu)”.
Ⅲグループは「ご～します」を使います。
For the verbs in group Ⅲ, use “Go shimasu”.
「ご相談します」
“I will consult with you. (Go soudan shimasu)”.
